为了精确地配准近平面场景下的红外-可见光视频序列,本文提出了一种基于轮廓特征匹配的自动配准方法,通过迭代匹配目标轮廓特征来解决异源图像中配准特征的提取和匹配难题。首先,采用运动目标检测技术获取目标轮廓,并由曲率尺度空间(CSS)角点检测算法提取轮廓特征点。此后,建立全局形状上下文描述子和局部边缘方向直方图描述子描述特征,从而实现可靠的特征匹配。来自不同时刻的匹配点对被保存在一个基于高斯距离准则的特征匹配库中。最后,为了克服近平面场景中目标深度变化的影响,本文结合前景样本随机抽样策略计算配准矩阵的损失函数,完成对全局配准矩阵的更新。在LITIV数据库上对方法进行实验验证,结果表明本文方法的配准精度优于当前先进的对比方法,在9个测试视频上的平均重叠率误差仅为0.194,与对比方法相比下降了18.5%。基本满足了近平面场景下红外-可见光视频序列配准的精度要求,且具有较高的鲁棒性。 相似文献

We propose an in-process height measurement system for a weld bead and feedback control system for wire-feeding speed for high-quality laser deposition. Metal additive manufacturing, especially laser metal-wire deposition, is effective for complex shape fabrication and repair processing. However, we must control the gap between a weld bead and a feed wire in an optimal range for high-quality deposition. Conventionally, the Z-stage pitch for multi-layer deposition must be precisely adjusted by each deposition shape. In this paper, we design an in-process height measurement system that is integrated in a laser processing head, which measures the weld bead height by a line section method. We decreased the influence of the intense thermal radiation generated from a melt pool by inserting the band-pass filter of the line beam's wavelength in the imaging system and optimizing its line laser power. Consequently, our system can measure the weld bead height near the melt pool, which is 4 mm in front of it. Next we show that our proposed system can measure the weld bead height during wire-laser metal deposition with 50-μm accuracy by comparing its value to the true value. Finally, we achieved a cylinder shape deposition of 50-mm height, regardless of the Z-stage pitch and the cylinder diameter of the multi-layer deposition, by controlling the wire-feeding speed based on the measured weld bead height. 相似文献

为研究高校既有建筑室内人群散发对室内VOCs的影响,对高校不同人群样本的教室及会议室两类典型人群密集房间,共82个人群样本对象进行了VOCs采样分析,得到不同实际场景下的人员相关的VOCs浓度水平,并对其潜在的影响因素进行分析。结果表明,共确认了29种与室内人员相关的高检出率且较高浓度值的物质,包括芳香族化合物9种,烷烯烃类9种,酮类和醛类8种,醇酯类以及卤化物3种,并得到主要VOCs物质的浓度水平和I/O比。对影响因素的统计分析表明,室内人员密度、季节和房间类型对不同VOCs物质存在显著性影响,其中季节性因素对目标VOCs污染物影响最为广泛,其次是房间类型与室内人员密度。该研究可为进一步了解人员密集室内VOCs污染现状及控制策略提供一定的科学参考。 相似文献

Transient dynamics of tapping mode atomic force microscope (AFM) for critical dimension measurement are analyzed. A simplified nonlinear model of AFM is presented to describe the forced vibration of the micro cantilever-tip system with consideration of both contact and non-contact transient behavior for critical dimension measurement. The governing motion equations of the AFM cantilever system are derived from the developed model. Based on the established dynamic model, motion state of the AFM cantilever system is calculated utilizing the method of averaging with the form of slow flow equations. Further analytical solutions are obtained to reveal the effects of critical parameters on the system dynamic performance. In addition, features of dynamic response of tapping mode AFM in critical dimension measurement are studied, where the effects of equivalent contact stiffness, quality factor and resonance frequency of cantilever on the system dynamic behavior are investigated. Contact behavior between the tip and sample is also analyzed and the frequency drift in contact phase is further explored. Influence of the interaction between the tip and sample on the subsequent non-contact phase is studied with regard to different parameters. The dependence of the minimum amplitude of tip displacement and maximum phase difference on the equivalent contact stiffness, quality factor and resonance frequency are investigated. This study brings further insights into the dynamic characteristics of tapping mode AFM for critical dimension measurement, and thus provides guidelines for the high fidelity tapping mode AFM scanning. 相似文献

When we speak about capacitance moisture meters for bulk materials we have to face with different values of dielectric permittivity for different bulk materials in dehydrated state, what causes a method error that can be named ‘type uncertainty’. Besides, different varieties of the same material have different values of dielectric permittivity, which depend from geographical origin, processing conditions etc. It can be hardly predicted automatically and type uncertainty can be compensated only in separate situations with the help of preliminary calibration. Main tasks of the research are to develop new comparison principle of moisture measurement with better accuracy due to effective compensation of physical, chemical and granulometric composition influence on the result of moisture measurement, develop new primary and secondary instrument transducers. Moisture sensor consists of four measuring capacitors. Two of them should be filled with a sample, which moisture content should be determined, and other pair of measuring capacitors should be filled with a same substance, but previously dehydrated. Mathematical models, developed to take into account granulometric composition of a bulk material were used to carry out a comparison analysis for three types of instrument measuring transducers. Obtained results proved that suggested principle of moisture measurement provides effective compensation of granulometric composition influence. Developed measuring principle had been experimentally tested what helped to confirm that it provides two times better compensation of different physical and chemical composition for different materials in comparison with the direct comparison method. 相似文献
